St. Martin de Porres House of Hope was founded in 1983 by Sr. Connie and Sr. Therese O’Sullivan to help the homeless. Some years later they decided to focus their efforts on working with substance abusers. House of Hope continues that mission today by providing women in recovery, and their children a structured, safe environment that motivates them to achieve sobriety, become gainfully employed and live independently.
